I was delighted by their speed of response to an aerial problem, attending on the same day as my call, and this was a busy day a few days before Christmas. The two men who attended could not have been more courteous and helpful. I have also received great service in the Whitchurch shop, no matter how small the purchase as well as other occasions when I have needed a freezer urgently or a television problem sorting . This company is a gem and we need to reward their work by supporting this business, as I for one value it and would not want to lose it. In addition, their charges are very competitive and reasonable. Thank you Barlows
